DATAide Grants
What are the DATAide grants?
A digital transformation takes time as well as human and financial resources. To effectively support organizations in their digital transformation, DATAide offers a three-tiered grant program.*
This funding becomes accessible after different steps in the pathway and reach up to $5,000 for Seed Grants, $15,000 for Acceleration Grants and $50,000 for Innovation Grants.
*DATAide grants have been made possible thanks to a financial contribution from the Fonds québécois d’initiatives sociales (FQIS).

Have participated in the digital transition orientation webinar. A registration for the webinar does not give the right to submit a project, the agency must have attended the activity.

*For agencies that do not have a charity number, a trustee may receive the money on behalf of your agency.

Any project to support agencies in their digital transformation and whose relevance will be demonstrated by the applicant:
Purchase of hardware and technological tools;
Acquisition and implementation of digital solutions;
Support from a specialized resource (analyses, diagnostics, digital transition plans, etc.);
Training activities related to the acquisition of digital skills;
Etc.

Any project that aims to support the digital transformation of organizations and whose relevance is demonstrated by the applicant. To be eligible, projects must:
- involve the development of a new product or process, or the
- the significant improvement of an existing product or process;
Projects can be carried out by:
▪ A single organization ;
▪ A group of organizations ;
▪ An organization or group of organizations, in collaboration with one or more
or several public research centers in Quebec (CEGEPs, universities, etc). A project is considered collaborative when a group of non-affiliated organizations share the project's costs, benefits and intellectual property project, with or without the collaboration of one or more of Quebec's public public research centers.
